Sieve Screening

The milled aluminum flakes are sieved through screens with different mesh sizes to classify the particles, ensuring that only aluminum paste meeting the required standards passes through. A strong magnet is used to effectively remove iron impurities, further improving the purity of the aluminum paste.

Filter Pressing

This process is used to separate solids and liquids. A filter press is used to remove excess solvent from the aluminum paste, adjusting its concentration and viscosity. At the same time, impurities are filtered out to ensure that the paste's consistency meets the required standards.

Mixing

Aluminum pastes from different production batches are uniformly mixed in a kneader into one batch. Solvents can be added to adjust the non-volatile content as needed, and dispersants or antioxidants may be introduced to enhance the performance and stability of the aluminum paste.

Packing

The mixed aluminum paste is sealed in iron drums to prevent exposure to air and moisture, and stored in a cool, dry environment to avoid oxidation and degradation. The packaging is carefully sealed, and labels with batch numbers and storage information are applied to ensure safe storage and traceability.
